East Wenatchee's residential market held its footing in June. Median sale price climbed to $555,000, up 5.0% from a year ago, while pending sales jumped 48.4% year over year — a sign buyers are actively shopping. Homes did take a bit longer to sell, with days on market rising to 39 from 25 last June, and new listings were up 10.6%.
